The owner-managed family business, which has it's headquarter in the Bavarian town of Hawangen, was founded in 1978 by Hans Hundegger, and thanks to its innovative force, particular focus on customers and excellent service, has developed into an expert for CNC-controlled joinery machines.
For many years, Hundegger has been the world market leader in the field of CNC-controlled joinery machines with a market share of more than 90 percent. The universal, flexible machines are used in all timber construction sectors from carpentry, contract joinery, timber frame construction, log house construction, prefabricated house construction, glulam joinery to the production of playground equipment.

Training centre - customers become partners
We know that learning is a lifelong process.
To enable you to to make optimum use of the wide range of services and the highly developed software of the Hundegger machines, we offer professional training courses held by our experienced professions. Through intensive instruction in the software and machine operation, participants learn how to exploit the full potential of the technology. Around 350 machine operators and job preparers benefit annually from the training offered in the training centre at the Hawangen site.
For the training of our specialists, we also work in close cooperation with training centres at vocational schools, universities and timber construction institutes worldwide.
Demonstration centre - experience technology live
We show you what we promise!
Experience for yourself the innovative power of our company and the performance and flexibility of our machines. You have to witness technology live to be really won over. For this purpose, Hundegger has a xxx0 m2 demonstration centre in which all current Hundegger machines are ready for operation. This will give you a comprehensive insight into the capabilities of your new machine. We are also happy to help you implement product innovations.
Employees
500 employees work at the headquarters in Hawangen (D) in the development, design, software, production, sales and customer service departments. 5800 machines have already been manufactured in Hawangen and delivered following a comprehensive quality control.
For us, it goes without saying: We train qualified young people in our own training workshop. Currently, 50 people are receiving thorough instruction in their skilled profession and have excellent career opportunities within the company once they have completed their apprenticeship.
