Format CLT elements and finish processing them on the underside
Depending on the equipment and tool, the UFA panel processing machine can be used to format panels on the end face and long sides and produce rebates, grooves and openings on the underside of the panel. Parts positioned on a chain conveyor are processed from below or the 4 sides. The machine is equipped according to respective specific operating requirements. Units and options can be retrofitted at any time.

The UFA machining center is designed for formatting and machining CLT elements with a thickness of up to Z = 37 cm, a maximum width of Y = 360 cm and a length of X = 16.5 m with no restrictions regarding end-face operations.<br/> The machine is equipped according to respective specific operating requirements. Units and options can be retrofitted at any time.

OPTIMIZED PANEL PROCESSING
With powerful and speed-optimized units, CLT elements with a thickness of up to 30 cm are formatted and machined from below. The further processing of the elements on a PBA-E or PBA-Industry panel processing machine is carried out across machines by the Hundegger CAMBIUM® program.
