Fastening unit

The 4-axis tool holder for fastening devices, mounted on the combi support, provides a defined interface with mechanical couplings, data and air supply, as well as a ±90° rotation axis. This enables the precise placement of staples at a statically correct angle. The system supports fastening tools such as Staplers, Nailers, Screwdrivers, or Pushers, which can be flexibly exchanged via an automated interface. The interface components are secured to the fastening devices using screw connections, with each interface individually designed for a specific fastening tool and screwdriver in the magazine.

Interface for market-standard fasteners

With the Hundegger universal holder, it is possible to automatically pick up fastening devices from the magazine, regardless of the manufacturer. In addition to the mechanical interface, the WALL-Master also connects the media and data transfer without manual intervention.

Depending on the application, the fasteners can be equipped with sliding rings or rollers to meet material requirements.
