Mobile extraction

The mobile extraction unit, mounted on the operator side, ensures optimal accessibility. It is connected directly to the extraction hood and can be controlled manually or automatically.

Lip duct channel

The lip duct channel, with a cross-section of about 300 mm, runs parallel to the X-axis guide rails. Depending on the equipment, the machine components such as part cleaning or extraction hood are connected to the customer‘s extraction system.

Component and table cleaning

Component and table cleaning is carried out via a suction bar mounted on the processing portal. This moves over the panel for cleaning and allows separate extraction of each layer of the finished element after processing. A regulated Z-axis ensures precise height adjustment so that the bar can also be moved to the top edge of the table for cleaning.

Change console

The additional fastening unit holding console, mounted above the tool change system on the portal frame, offers space for up to two fastening devices. Predefined positions and interfaces ensure precise pickup and integration of the fasteners.
