Sawing, drilling, milling, and marking
The speed of the milling unit is variably adjustable and has an automatic tool holder for precise processing. It reaches travel speeds of up to 60 m/min (Y-axis) and 40 m/min (Z-axis). The unit is suitable for milling cutters up to 40 mm and saw blades up to 420 mm in diameter. With the help of a tool change system, the processing portal achieves its full flexibility to achieve the best quality, the maximum variety of processing, and the most efficient production depending on the construction project or customer-specific wall structure.

Extension for the 5-axis unit
The 3-axis milling unit can be adapted with various modules for machining in the 5-axis range. This extension offers a significant advantage for sawing operations. Additionally, it can be used universally to automatically pick up marking pens or other special tools such as step drills.
Disc magazine
The tool change system of the WALL-Master portal includes a mobile carousel with up to 12 tool places for saw blades, finger cutters, drills, and markers. The encapsulated tool holders in the rest state ensure protection and durability.
